Dionne provides leadership and change management strategies for firms and organizations with both national and international presence. She has worked to meld cross-cultural and multi-generational AmLaw 100 and 200 firms of 1000+ attorneys and employees. Dionne is versed in race relations, strategic inclusion initiatives, leadership development and mediation.

Dionne is a proud mommy. She is also an activist for homeless mothers and children in our community and was recognized by the Ford Motor Company with the Unsung Hero Award for her community service in Ghana, Dominican Republic, England and the United States.
